Erin Jantz, MA, is a spiritual director certified in post-trauma care. She was lead consultant for ICTG's Spiritual Direction Resource Guide, and has led numerous trainings for spiritual directors to strengthen their practice, diagnostic abilities, and referrals as directee's symptoms related to trauma surface. Ordained and Lay Leader Coaching
Coach Iyabo Onipede helps ordained and lay leaders discover, embrace and do the work their souls must have. Ubi Global Llc is an organization that offers support to people overcoming individual and/or collective traumas. ICTG partners with Ubi Global to provide trauma-informed spiritual direction sessions for clergy, pastors, and lay leaders. After a congregation has experienced a trauma, continuing support is needed for individuals to heal and strive to move forward. Sometimes, clergy or pastors also experience personal traumas and look for a spiritual director to companion with them as they discern faithful work-life balance.
