Counseling and Therapeutic Services
The Institute provides a range of therapeutic services, including:
As a therapeutic service, these therapeutic services may involve confidential mental, emotional, or spiritual care through regular sessions to explore what has happened and strategize healthy and effective forms of coping. Counseling usually starts with an initial consultation and intake, progresses to guided explorations of what has happened and establishment of meaningful goals, and then to routine checkins and assessment on the progress. Generally, counseling and therapeutic services are provided by an ICTG representative or partner in person or via phone or video conferencing.
Initial brief consultation is free and provided to identify post-incident therapeutic services for leaders or staff members.
