ICTG welcomes Melissa Marley Bonnichsen, Director of Social Concerns Seminars at University of Notre Dame’s Center for Social Concerns, to the Board of Directors.

“Melissa served as a passionate ICTG Advisor for several years prior to joining the Board. She brings a wealth of institutional nonprofit, youth ministry, and education experience,” said ICTG Executive Director Rev. Dr. Kate Wiebe.

Outside of ICTG, Melissa is a social entrepreneur, feminist liberation theologian, and trained community organizer.  As a director at the Center of Social Concerns, she works with university students in academic and experiential environments to address some of today’s most pressing social issues.

Melissa completed her MA in Theology and received her M.Div from George Fox University in Portland, Oregon.

“As a Board Member, we know Melissa will provide astute and generative leadership, as she has in every setting she has participated in so far," said Kate.
